Fajita Chicken and Black Bean Stuffed Peppers

2 tsp Spice World Garlic Minced .25 serving Onion 7.5 oz John Soules Foods Fajita Chicken 3 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 12 tbsp Tostito's Restaurant Style Salsa 0.75 cup Sargento 4 cheese Mexican off the block 1.5 cup Wild Oats Organic Black Beans chili powderjalapeno saucesalt and pepper
pre heat oven to 400
cut open peppers and set in a baking dish
heat up coconut oil in skillet and sautee onions and garlic
add chicken, black beans, spices and salsa
cook about 5 minutes season to taste
place mixture into peppers and cover with foil
cook for 30 min or until peppers are soft
remove foil add 1/4 c of cheese on top of each pepper
cook for an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
