5.5 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) .75 cup Butter, salted .75 cup Granulated Sugar .75 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Soda .75 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Salt 1 cup, packed Raisins
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In large bowl, cream together butter,sugar,and brown sugar until smooth. Beat eggs and vanilla until Flufly. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown. Coll slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
