Red Beans and Rice with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
6 cup Camellia Red Kidney Beans 28 oz Hillshire Farms Turkey Polska Kielbasa 1.5 cup Onion, 1 cup chopped 4 serving celery, 1 stalk 2 serving Green Bell Pepper 2 tbsp Wild Oats Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tsp Spice World Garlic Minced 1 tbsp parsley1 tsp cajun seasoning2 bay leaves1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp dried sage
Directions
soak beans overnight
slice sausage and brown
chop all veggies and sautee until soft
place all inredients into pot and cover with water
bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 2 hours 30 min or until beans are soft.
add water when necessary.
