1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup Pumpkin seeds 4 oz Cashew - Raw (~1oz, 1/4 cup, or 28g) (by LUCKLYS) 4 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand) 6 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice 6 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 8 tbsp Honey 4 tbsp Maple Syrup 8 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Mix all ingredients. Spread out on 2 large cookie sheets. Bake at 300° for 50 minutes, stirring gently every 15 minutes. Allow to cool. After cool, pour into a large mason jar or Tupperware container. You can also then add dried fruit.
