Ingredients
1.0 cup oat flour2.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.7 oz xylitol39.0 gram(s) eas whey protein vanilla0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Baking Powder1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 large Egg white, fresh2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil1.0 serving Apple Sauce-Natural-no sugar added(Jewel brand)(4oz)1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients; oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, xylitol, and salt in one bowl. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients; bananas, apple sauce, whole egg, egg white, vanilla extract and coconut oil until well blended. Then add dry ingredients in 2 parts to wet ingredients until well combined and add in nuts at the end. (Nuts are optional). Divide into greased muffin pan using a quarter measuring cup. Bake for 20 minutes at 350
