Spaghettii Squash with Italian Sausage

Ingredients
4 cup Spaghetti Squash 4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers 4 serving Italian Turkey Sausage Hot, Shady Brook Farms (Cooked) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
start by roasting peppers in 375 oven for 20 mins
add spagetti squash and baked 25 more minutes
take sausage out of casings and saute in olive oil, mash until brown
add sliced mushrooms, turn off heat, and cover until squash is done

Mix all ingredianets and top with paremsan

Serving Size: 4 good sized bowls
