Lentil Curry

Ingredients
Bella Tavola Lentils 1 can -540 mlApples, fresh ( about 1 chopped)Red Potato, 90 g cubedBroccoli, fresh, 25 grams ( about 5 florets)Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped *Cumin seed, 0.33 tbsp Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup Water, tap, 2.5 cup Pumpkin, cooked, 1 cup, mashedCurry powder, 0.33 tbsp *Canola Oil, 2 1tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled Mushrooms, fresh, ( 2 mushrooms sliced)1 tsp Masala spices1/2 tsp minced ginger
Directions
Saute onion , minced ginger and spices and bay leaf, once soft add rest of veggies, then add tomato , pumpkin and water and simmer.
cook together till veggies are soft
serve 1/2 cup per serving
(can be served with Bismati rice )
