White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
whole rotissary chicken1 TBS Chicken Broth base & seasoning2 cans green chili's 2 tsp Cumin 1 Can whole kernel corn1 can healthy cream chicken soup2 cups chicken broth32 oz jar Great Northern Beans 1 cup light sour creamOptional: serve with shredded pepper jack cheese, and tricolor tortilla stripsTip: Cut up Rotissary chicken, and make broth prior to making the chili, and store in fridge or freezer until you are ready to make the chili.
Directions
1. Remove chicken, skin, and bones, and cut up and store in fridge.
2. cook skin, bones in crock pot with 1 TBS chicken broth base, and two cups of water for 3 hours on high to create broth. Discard bones, and leftover skin, and put broth in fridge with chicken.
3. In large cooking pan add Northern beans, Chicken, Broth, Green Chili's, cumin, and cream chicken soup, and corn until thick, about one hour on top of stove.
4. Add sour cream
Serve with shredded pepper jack cheese, and tricolor tortilla strips -optional
