Black Beans 1 cupWhite Rice 1/3 cupCarrots 2 mediumOnion 1 smallZucchinni 1 smallReduced Salt Chicken Broth 3 cups.Tomato Sauce 1/2 c,Vegetable Spice 1 tsp.Salt & pepper
Directions
Slice carrots and zucchinni
Chop onion
Add tomatoe sauce and chicken broth
Add 1/2 tsp. salt
Add 1/4 tsp. pepper
Add 1 tsp. vegetable spice
Add rice
Add black beans

Let soup simmer on med. heat for 45 mins.
