AJC Chicken & Bean Casserole

Ingredients
Pasta 2 oz (You could which ever you prefer here, I use Lasagna)2 oz Edam Cheese (Grated)Half a can of Red Kidney beans drained and washed3 cup of uncooked Swiss Chard1 Zucchini halved and slicedHalf a Carrot grated1 tsp White Miso 200g of Chicken Mince1 large Portabella Mushroom small slicesHalf a Yellow Bell Pepper slicedBread crumbs to top
Directions
Turn the Oven on the 180 degrees centigrade Cook the Mince and the Mushroom in the frying pan with the Miso and half a cup of water.
Cook the pasta in a seperate pan.
Put the Swiss Chard on the bottom of a large deep casserole dish add Pasta, mushroom and mince and all the grated and sliced ingredients except the bread crumbs and cheese.
Mix all together top with Cheese and Bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes with lid on and then remove lid and grill for 5 mins or until the cheese is golden.
