1 serving Aria Women's Protein Powder - Vanilla (by MIKEKIMMIA) 1 cup Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla 1 cup, sliced Mangos 2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh .25 cup, pureed Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

blend all ingredients together except ice, after blended well add ice. serve.
