Ingredients
3 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh 1 cup, sliced Summer Squash 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 0.5 tsp Garlic 0.35 tbsp Basil 0.5 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
Cut asparagus in 1 inch pieces. Add to hot skillet with coconut oil. Sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes. Cut squash into 1/2 inch slices then quarter and add to pan. Add basil and garlic to taste. Sauté with asparagus about 3 minutes. Add diced red pepper and sauté about 2 minutes. Drain and enjoy! Serving Size: 2
