Ingredients

1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 cup Oat Bran 3 tbsp Molasses .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value) (by DARRYLE2)
Mix dry ingredients
add Vinegar to milk to sour, add bran and soak for 5 min.
add remaining wet ingredients to bran mixture and mix well
add dry ingredients to Bran mixture and mix just until incorporated - if mixture is too wet, add a bit more flour or your muffins won't rise.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 min. Makes 12 Muffins. Add raisins or cranberries etc but it will change the nutritional calculations
