1/4 cup apple juice1 cup cooked brown rice1/2 tbls. honey1 tbls. raisins1/4 tsp. cinnamon1 medium apple, peeled, quartered and thinly sliced
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes over low heat. Serve plain or with milk.
