Doritos Taco Salad

Ingredients
1.0 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes16.0 oz Ground beef, lean3.0 oz Chips - Doritos - Nacho Cheesier5.0 cup shredded lettuce, Taylor farms12.0 tsp McCormick Mild taco seasoning16.0 tbsp Great Value Thousand Island Dressing1.0 cup Borden cheddar and Monterey Jack finely shredded cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain and rinse. Then add taco seasoning according to package directions. Remove from heat and move to big mixing bowl. Crush Doritos (put in zip lock bag and smash) and mix all ingredients together. Garnish with sour cream, black olives, salsa, or guacamole. Garnished items not included in calorie count. Serving Size: Makes (6) 1-cup servings
