Potato, raw 8 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 2 cup Spinach, fresh .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic .50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 oz Cashew - Raw (~1oz, 1/4 cup, or 28g) (by LUCKLYS)
bake at 350 for 40- 50 minutes
blend cashews and water to make cashew milk
