Pork Simmer w/ Ginger

Ingredients
0.50 tsp Garlic powder 1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 0.50 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 5 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 24 oz Pork Shoulder Butt 6 tbsp Kraft Original Barbque Sauce (by AMSTAMPS)
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker. Put onions, ginger, mini sweet pepper cut into strips on top of roast. Add liquids over ingredients. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper. Cook on high for 2.5 hours. Serve over rice.
