Ingredients
22 serving Banana Nut Muffins 2 banana2 eggs1/3 cup vegetable oil2/3 cups sugar1 3/4 cups flour3/4 teaspoon baking soda1 1/2 cream of tartar1 cup pecans chopped
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl add bananas and smash. Add eggs and canola oil; stir until mixed. Add sugar and mix in. Add flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour into muffin tins that have been greased or lined with paper holders. Bake for about 15 minutes
