Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces*Soy Sauce, 1 tbspSesame Oil, 1 tbspSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dash

Marinate for one hour. Bake or grill at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

    It is really good and the sesame oil is healthier than olive. I just had to add garlic though. I cannot cook without it and it was yummy. Besides garlic is heart healthy. : ) - 6/12/08
