Ingredients
2.0 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork3.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Onions, raw3.0 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)4.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
In large cooking pot, brown sausages and onion. Add green peppers brown slightly and sweat peppers to release juice. (Cover with lid) about 5 minutes. Add rice, garlic. (Minced) and broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until done. Serving Size: 6 servings
