Pork Steaks and Gravy

Ingredients
12 oz pork butt, ground1 cup Unsalted Beef Broth 1 Tbsp Corn Starch 2 tsp Kosher Salt1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Oregano
Directions
Spray hot cast iron skillet with non-stock cooking spray. Gently pat out two steaks and place them in hot skillet to lightly brown. Make a slurry of broth, corn starch, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour slurry over browned meat and place in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minuets.
