Hot Honey Chicken

Ingredients
2 Skinless, boneless, chicken breast.5 cup sliced jalapenos3 tbsp honey2 cup prepared medium grain white rice1/2- 1 cup of water
Directions
Start cooking white rice according to package instructions. Leave in pan or steamer covered untill ready to serve meal.
Using meat scissors, cut raw chicken breast into even chuncks.
In a warmed teflon fry pan, heat honey till bubbly and add jalapenos. (no need to use butter or PAM or oils on the teflon)
As jalapenos soften, add 1/2 cup water, bring to bubbly, add chicken chunks. Stir chicken constantly untill largest chunk is heated through. (add more water if more asuce is needed, and bring back to boil) Remove from heat.
Plate rice. Pour honey chicken over rice. Done!
Makes 2 serving.
