Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 cube Chicken bouillon3.0 clove Garlic2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average1.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers250.0 Grams Lentils0.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil0.5 tsp No Salt
Directions
Chop all veggies. Heat oil on med high add chopped veggies. Saute until tender crisp. Add veggies to medium stock pot (about 4 qt). Add lentils and fill with water. Add bouillon and other spices. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer about 1 hour or until lentils are tender. Serving Size: Makes about 6 bowls. (2 cups each).
