1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted2.0 oz Monterey Cheese2.0 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz300.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw2.0 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon2.0 tsp Kernel Season's Ranch Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season chicken with ranch, tossing to coat. In a medium size pan, cook bacon pieces until crisp; remove to paper towel. Add butter to pan, then brown chicken until,cooked through. Return bacon to pan, heat through. Split chicken mix between pepper halves, top with cheese, and place in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes four stuffed pepper halves, or two servings.
