Ingredients
28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 907 grams Green Beans (snap) 400 grams Mushrooms, fresh 20 gram(s) Kirkland Minced California Garlic 200 grams Onions, raw 3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Blanch the Beans for 5 minutes (you'll need to prep them first, I just snap or cut off the ends)

saute the onions and garlic in the oil and add the beans.

After about 5 minutes, stirring periodically, add the mushrooms.

When the mushrooms look done, the dish is done.

Serving Size: Makes 7 servings of about 200g each.
