Robyn's Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche - No Crust

32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 cup Fresh Express Spinach 8 serving Kraft Deli Deluxe Cheese, Colby Jack (1 slice) .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Bacon (fried) 1 slice
Brown the hamburger with the onion, spinach, and bacon; drain the fat. Season to taste. Spread in a greased pie plate. Whisk all of the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Mix about 1/3 of the cheese into the hamburger mixture and arrange the rest over the meat. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
