1.0 cup, sauce Mole Poblano Sauce4.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked6.0 oz beyond meat beyond chicken strips0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
Cook rice fully. Cook beyond meat chicken strips according to directions. Prepare mole sauce and add sugar when thickened. Add strips to sauce and serve over rice with tortillas we prefer corn! This is yummy and vegan.
