2 tsp Onion powder 3 lb Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw 1 tsp Chef Cuisine Minced Garlic 1.5 tsp Salt 1.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning 8 serving Kraft Mesquite Smoke BBQ sauce
Place roast in large pot cover with water. Add salt pepper garlic and onion powder. Simmer for 3 hours or until meat falls apart. next drain off liquid leaving meat in pot. When cool enough to handle remove any unwanted fat or bone that might still be on the meat. With hands or forks shred meat. Once all meat is shredded add desired amount of BBQ sauce and mix well. Serve on your favorite low cal bun.
