Laura's Lentil Salad

Ingredients
2 cup Lentils (I used one can, drained3 serving Artichoke Heart, Quartered, canned (10 pieces, 3/can) (one can, drained) 2 cup Hearts of Palm (one can, drained-slice or dice if whole)2 medium Carrots, sliced or diced2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, sliced or diced.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, sliced or diced2 clove Garlic, chopped1 tbsp Olive Oil 14 tbsp Fit & Active Zesty Italian Fat Free Dressing (about 3/4 bottle)
Directions
drain and rinse lentils. drain artichokes and hearts of palm (slice or dice if whole). chop onion, carrot and celery in medium dice or slice. saute over medium-high heat in olive oil until just crisp tender. add garlic and saute one more minute. combine all ingredients in bowl and chill to meld flavors.
