Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.50 cup Tapioca Flour, Bob's Red Mill (by MOMTO9SWEETIES) .50 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Egg white, large .25 cup Honey .25 cup Coconut Oil .50 cup Blueberries, fresh 9 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) .75 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tab butter13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Mix egg and vanilla then rest of wet ingredients. Drop by scoop in paper lined muffin tins. I spray the paper so they come off easier.

For topping mix last four ingredients and place on top. Bake 350 for 25 mins. Or till toothpick comes clean.
