1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 0.75 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 medium Zucchini, baby 1 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Cilantro, raw 30 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 tbsp Pompeian White Wine Vinegar 1 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix vinegar, honey, juice of one lime, olive oil and cilantro salt and pepper. Add grated zucchini and grated squash, tomatoes halved, chopped cabbage, chopped cauliflower, chopped broccoli. toss together and serve
