Ingredients
0.25 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap (hot)2.0 tbsp Hodgson Mill tapioca flour/starch1.0 tsp Hodgson Mill Tapioca flour/starch1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.75 tsp Morton sea salt1.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
1. Soak cashews for a few hours and then blend all ingredients in blender or food processor 2. Pour into sauce pan over medium high heat. Stir until it curdles then reduce to medium heat and keep stirring. 3/ cook and keep stirring until it becomes thick and stretchy 4. Remove from heat, cool and transfer
