400 grams Flour, white 275 gram(s) Allison Wholemeal plain flour (by MAGICMARIGOLD) 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 25 grams Butter, salted 450 mL Water, tap 1 tsp Salt
Mix flour, yeast, salt and butter in whizz till butter crumbly. Add water. Knead at least 10 minutes till stretchy. Put in bowl to rise for 30 minutes. Punch down then put in a loaf tin and let rise for 30 minutes. Cook on 220c for 15 minutes then turn to 200c for 15 minutes.
