16 oz Ground Turkey (97/3)6 Egg whites, large 6 Eggs, large1 cup Tomatoes, chopped1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
Cook ground turkey in skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs and egg whites together. Chop vegetables and add into separate bowl with turkey. Add eggs to mixture and fold together. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
