16 oz Blue Crab Lump Meat (by MARGRXSALT) 1 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 3 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL) 1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 1 tsp Parsley, dried
Mix together all the ingredients except the crab meat.
Carefully blend in the crab meat.
Make into 4 equal sized crab cakes.
Broil until browned - then eat.
