Lori's Garlic Fried Chicken

Ingredients
24 oz *POULTRY (FRESH) - Chicken Thigh, Boneless, Skinless, raw - Kirkland (by MALAKIA63) .5 cup Olive Oil 6 tsp Garlic powder 6 tsp Onion powder .5 rings Onions, raw 6 tsp Salt 6 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Prepare chicken with Garlic, Onion, Salt and Pepper on both sides of thigh. In an iron frying pan (for the Iron!), pre-heat 1/4 inch of Oil on medium heat. Carefully place the thighs in heated oil, place onion rings on top cooking the onion along with the chicken. Turn chicken after 5 minutes, brown on both sides until done. Onion should caramelize. Remove from heat and drain. Serve with onions as garnish
