1 Cup Red or Purple Cabbage0.5 cup sliced Cucumber0.25 med Tomato1 tsp Salt ( I prefer the lite version)1 tsp Ground Black Pepper2 tbsps Healthy Salad Dressing (optional)
Directions
Toss all ingredients together. Drizzle with 2 tbsps. of a healthy salad dressing and VOILA!
