Frank's Potato Salad

Ingredients
18 cup cooked cubed potato (by BUZZZZ1) 4 tbsp Parsley 4 tbsp minced onion (by JAZZMINE54868) .50 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup Pimentos 1 tsp Chopped Garlic (by MNCAMARO) .50 tsp Pepper, black 4 tsp Dry Mustard (by POPEYETHETURTLE) 32 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo) 3 cup Egg: cooked, hard-cooked, chopped (1 cup) (by GEMINIGAY)
Directions
1. Peel Potatoes, Boil whole, let cool. Cut potatoes into 1" cubes.
2. Boil and peel roughly 12 eggs to make 3 cups. Dice eggs. Set aside with potatoes.
3. Dice celery and Pimentos. Add to potato and eggs.
4. Mince Fresh Parsley, onion and Garlic.
5. Mix Mayonnaise, garlic, fresh parsley, and dry mustard.
6. Gentle toss mayonnaise mixture with Potato mixture.
