Ingredients
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)0.5 cup Spinach, fresh0.33 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh2.0 serving Ham, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Honey Ham2.0 tbsp HUMMUS - roasted red pepper - Sabra
Directions
Slice cucumber length wise will need 6 straps. To each strip add spinach, cabbage, pepper, and ham. Roll up, secure with toothpick. When ready to eat, put 1/3T hummus on each roll.
