one Potato1 tsp no cholesterol oil or light olive oil(fine bread crumbs opp.)
Oil your teflon pan. Cut potato into wedges into pan. Season with salt , pepper, paprika and dill weed (not the seed) spray with oil. You can sprinkle with fine bread crumbs if you like and bake in toaster oven at 425 till brown and tender.
