6 serving corn bread - jiffy mix 6 serv per box (by KTDIMPLES) 0.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 0.33 cup milk-Silk Pure Almond milk (vanilla) 1cup=1serv
Mix Jiffy mix with egg beaters and milk. Beat until moist. it will be lumpy. Pour in to 8" cast iron skillet sprayed with non stick spray Bake in 400 deg oven for15-20 minutes
