Sausage and Squash Quinoa

3 cup butternut squash 4 cups low sodium beef broth1 tbsp ground cumin1.5 tsp chili powder 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon2 tbsp cornstarch.25 cup cold water2 cups quinoa, cooked according to the package16 oz low fat sausage, cooked
Heat the oven to 350. Cut a medium butternut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Place cut side down in a 9x13 pan and add about an inch of water. Bake for 90 minutes. Carefully remove the peel and mash.
Combine the mashed squash, beef broth, and spices in a large pan over medium high heat. Whisk the cornstarch in the cold water and add to the squash. Heat until it starts to bubble and thicken. Remove from heat and stir in the sausage and quinoa.
