Vegetarian Rainbow Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Garlic powder2.0 dash Pepper, black6.0 sprigs Dill weed, fresh3.0 dash Salt4.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw1.0 clove Garlic0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 tbsp chopped Shallots0.25 cup, chopped Pecans1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1.0 serving Apple - Honeycrisp, medium1.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped dill, set aside. Place the garbanzo beans in a large mixing bowl and mash with a potato masher. Chop all remaining ingredients and add to bowl. Mix in dressing and salt, pepper, and season to taste. Serving Size: Makes about six 3/4 cup servings
