Ingredients
8 tbsp Québon Cooking Cream 35%4 oz Captain's Choice frozen shrimp4 oz Scallops, raw 2 oz Smoked Salmon 0.2 cup Basil Pestopepper to taste
Directions
Thaw and saute all seafood, add cream, pesto, pepper to taste. Warm at a high simmer until all is cooked. Add more basil or other herbs to taste - fresh rosemary particularly good.
