2 cup slices Okra 4 serving Caribbean Pimento Pepper 2 cup Pumpkin, Raw 5 cup Taro Leaves 4 clove Garlic .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 15 tsp Coconut Milk Powder 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Put all ingredients to boil on low heat. Allow to cook. Blend with hand held blender.
