3 cup, halves Pecans .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 dash Salt 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1/3 cup of water
1.combine salt, sugar, cinnamon and water in a large heavy bottom pot or Dutch oven if you have one
2.Bring to a boil
3.When it starts to boil add pecans and vanilla and stir continuously
4.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
5.When the coating starts to get dry looking turn down the heat and stir a little more until the coating starts to melt again
6.Lay the pecans out on baking sheets lined with parchment paper in one layer and bake for 10 minute
7.Cool and enjoy
