easy pumpkin soup

Ingredients
Directions
1 whole small pumpkin1 cup light cream6 smallish potato's1litre cambels vegetable stock (salt reduced)vegeta stock spicesalt to taste
1: cut the pumpkin and potato's into pieces and bring to the boil in a pot.
2: once the potato's and pumpkin are softish drain all the water out
3: add the stock to the potato's and pumpkin and bring back to the boil.
4: when the boiled blend either in blender or hand held(as i use)
5: when smooth fold in cream and then blend again
6: add at least 2 large tablespoons of vegeta (but really to your taste) and add salt to taste
7:stir threw and serve
This recipe probably serves about 10 generous bowls of soup.
