Fish Sauce Vietnamese Chicken

Ingredients
1.0 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast, no skin, fried 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, black (by NICOLE1118) 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne 5 tsp Organic cane sugar 3 serving Fish Sauce Viet Huong three crabs 1TBSP=1serv (by BELLBSNRN) 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 0.062 cup Corn Starch
Directions
Slice scallion in to small pieces.
Cube chicken.
Combine all ingredients sans Chicken in to a large bowl and mix together.

Add chicken and let sit for about 10 minutes(for best results, cover and place in fridge for an hour+)

Heat pan to high heat, then lower to medium. Add chicken and all sauce. Stir and fry quickly till sauce turns a dark brown and thick. and chicken is cooked but soft.
