Salmon Casserole

1 1/2 cup Asparagus, fresh 1 1/2 cup, Mushrooms, fresh chopped 1/4 Chicken Broth 1 Tbsp Instant Nonfat Dry Milk1/4 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Olive Oil 6 oz Atlantic Salmon1 tsp Thyme, dried1 Pinch red pepper flakes
In medium sauce pan, heat1/2 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat; add Salmon, and cook, breaking up, until no longer pink, remove salmon from pan.
Place remaining olive oil to pan, add mushrooms and asparagus; cook until soft.
Mix Milk powder with Chicken Broth, then add to mushroom asparagus mix.
Return Salmon to pan, and add all remaining ingredients, including pre-cooked pasta, stirring until just blended, and heated through.
Serving Size: Makes 2 generous servings.
