Broccoli and Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic minced1 tbsp Soy sauce or tamari for GF1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Ground tumeric 3 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne or to taste1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Directions
Heat Olive oil and tamari over meadium heat , add in onions and garlic. Cook about 2 minutes and then add coconut milk, broccoli, chickpeas and spices and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. I like my broccoli on the more firm side so I go with 8 minutes.
Serve over rice
